Business Development Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a sales-driven and enterprising Business Development Manager to join our Commercial team. In this role, you will identify potential opportunities for new business accounts and drive unique value propositions through corporate sales and business partnerships. You will translate strategic goals into actionable insights and recommendations. Responsibilities:
•    Strategically develop the business development and partnerships roadmap for Hegen by understanding the B2B partners, including identifying new & potential relationships
•    Drive revenue growth and market penetration by developing and executing strategies to enhance market presence and expand customer base
•    Design partnership strategies and business frameworks between Hegen and other industry players across different categories and sectors
•    Manage and maintain a pipeline of potential partners/clients, establish positive long-term relationships with all stakeholders
•    Assess the performance of the partnerships or corporate business through the implementation of business growth-related metrics and budget planning
•    Actively build and leverage professional networks to generate leads and identify new opportunities
•    Monitor, analyze and partner closely with commercial and marketing teams on trends and data analytics to enhance business growth strategies
•    Formulate proposal decks and sales pitch to promote Hegen’s products and services to potential partners

Requirements:
•    At least 3 years’ of experience in a business development, partnerships or corporate sales function
•    Go-getter and self-starter. You possess the ability to push through roadblocks to achieve KPIs
•    Strong business acumen, critical thinking and negotiation skills
•    Excellent networking and relationship building capabilities
•    Ability to analyze market trends, identify potential opportunities and develop long-term growth plans
•    Experience in managing key stakeholders and partner onboarding
•    Excellent presentation and communication skills
•    Possess a positive and entrepreneurial spirit with strong sense of responsibility and accountability
•    Prior experience in leadership and/or team management would be advantageous
