Expected the product to come in a beautiful gift box suitable for gifting. However, I was disappointed to receive the items packed in a carton box. This packaging does not meet my expectations for a gift set, as it is not presentable for giving to someone.
Hi Fong Fong,
Thank you for sharing your feedback!
As shown in the listing, the item you had purchased is a bundle set which does not include a gift box. Only gift sets that come with a box will have it reflected in the listing.
That said, we completely understand how this might have come unexpected, especially if you were planning to give it as a gift. We’ve shared your valuable feedback with our team and we hope to serve you better in the future.

These bottles have been a game changer in feeding my baby. Her grip is much better and there’s no nipple confusion making bottle feeds and breast feeds seamless.

We love this bottle design and my infant love it too. Easy to open and close. Nice design. We also had bought 1 more hegen bottle with her name printed.
Nice color of bottle
I absolutely love the Hegen bottle! The square shape makes it super easy to hold and clean, and the snap-on lid is a lifesaver when you're juggling a million things as a parent.
The pink color is so sweet and lovely.

Adore these products!!!! So easy to wash and take apart my kids absolutely love them.
I recommend them over any other bottle I have used. They are just stunning aesthetically also.
I love those bottles and my baby too🥰
The extra slow flow teat saved me when my baby had nipple confusion. Tried many other brand's slowest flow teats but they are much bigger. My newborn was refusing the breast until I switched to Hegen's extra slow flow and within 3 days was able to get her to latch on and nurse well again.
Love the sleek design and material!
